Front desk staff was friendly and pleasant. Krissa Downey AuD performed the exam and I would request her again upon any return visit(s). Very professional, intelligent and well spoken. Did not rush, was patient and fully answered any questions. I have no reservations about recommending the Professional Hearing Center to friends and family
