I had an excellent experience with Dr. Lynsey Ralston at Professional Hearing Center in Lee’s Summit (off Goodview). From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and kind, and Dr. Ralston was truly outstanding. She took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Every visit I've had with PHC has been phenomenal. Dr Gabriel is amazing, Dr. Robinson found answers to questions I didnt even know i had, and dr. Ralston found me a solution for the crowded spaces at work that has been fantastic! (Oticon connect clip w my new oticon aids). I am so grateful for this practice and everyone in it. They're so kind, so caring. Truly want everyone to have the best life they can, and it means the world. Y'all are in the right line of work. Thank you for what you do!
