Went to Ohio Hearing and Audiology with my mother for her first adventure with hearing aids. Encountering, Taylor Mikas’s calming and sweet nature immediately upon entering was very encouraging. Hearing aids have been a big adjustment for my mom and Taylor has been extremely helpful, encouraging, informative and patient as she makes adjustments to make them a perfect fit for my mother. Her customer service has been excellent as she gives such fabulous care to her clients. Would absolutely recommend this place.

Walked in, couldn't hear on cell. Just needed a new ear tube and hook. Took care of me between 2 appts, busy but made time for me didn't have to.
Easy to get to. The Doctor was very helpful explain details to me on the hearing in both ears . An what to expect when I start using the hearing aids . For one your brain will need to get used to hearing again. Helpful . Thank You
