I was impressed by the professionalism of the person who helped me with my hearing test. She was also very helpful when I returned to buy new hearing aides.
Alli and staff has done a spectacular job helping me with my hearing issues. The rest of the staff have been wonderful to work with as well. I’m still in the infancy of my journey and excited to see how my hearing health turns out as I continue the process.
My hearing follow up went well. Adjustments were added to my hearing and testing went well. It was good to hear that my hearing correctly has helped my cognitive health. Thank you!!
I've had one visit so far and I can honestly say that I was impressed. Adeline was amazing. She explained everything to me about hearing loss, tinnitus, and treatment. She answered all of my questions. She worked diligently to set up my hearing aids. I'm moving forward with treatment.
Very courteous and attentive to detail. Adaline listened to my concerns regarding my devices, and she adjusted them accordingly To my needs. I am very satisfied with her.
