Unapologetically rude when I took my elderly mother in for what I was told would be an hour long event she was done with us in 5 minutes. She asked me if I brought my mother’s medication list with me I stated I wasn’t told to, I was told ID & Ins she then stated most people just know which I followed with that was unnecessary I am a 24 hr caregiver to my Alzheimer’s & dementia mother & if you want something specific you need to let me know. She lost interest in helping us 5 minutes into testing.
They are there to listen and help in any way. Thanks for all the help that has been given to me. Brent

I had a very positive vist with this office. It is quite near to me, which makes it immensely convenient, but the service was the best reason. I learned what I needed to know, that I did not require a hearing apparatus currently or before, as I was misinformed and basically robbed years ago at what I can now call a very expensive scam. This visit was customer service positive, honest, trustworthy, educated beyond former experience elsewhere. I would recommend it to anyone and all who were seeking trustworthy hearing care.
