Was happy with my first hearing tests with Professional Hearing Care.
Alie worked with me to figure out what works best to fit my ears and the best program to try. If I have any issues they are there to help and troubleshoot the issue. They I am going into phase 2 of my program, I was told that the goal is to get my ringing better controlled to allow me to hear better.
I’m able to hear my family better, it got to the point where I wasn’t able to communicate with them as well as I once was. Professional hearing care made a true impact on my relationships!
This is a story of 2 stores. I had bought Signia Hearing Aids in Onalaska, and they subsequently closed the store. They aligned me with Professional Hearing Care, and their service was much appreciated, even though they weren’t a Signia dealer.
