Ally was always so understanding of my profound hearing loss, and treated me with patience, kindness and respect, making it a pleasure for me to go to her for my needs. I would highly recommend her!
I came to PHC at about 4:30 p.m. and was greeted by Emma. She definitely did not act like it was near closing time. She cleaned my hearing aids and provided me with new (installed) parts at no charge. Then she visited with me until I insisted on leaving, because it was just past closing time. I thought she might want to go home for the evening. Emma was so friendly and gracious! She even looked up my records from the now closed Elite Hearing Center, and she will be calling me in December or January to schedule an appointment... read more
Always very friendly, professional service! I appreciate the patience and continued encouragement even with clients like me who are upset about having to wear hearing aids.
