Extremely professional and cordial.
The audiologist was very professional and answered all our questions completely. The pricing offered, including the 15% discount was.not competitive with the pricing offered from two other providers. However I have not completed my quality comparison yet.
I was hoping to have my audiologist from my last hearing aid. I would have liked to have been updated on this before my appointment. I really don’t like that your office doesn’t take my co-pay card. The front desk is always very nice to me, the audiologist I had was very nice and helpful to my needs of an hearing aid. Top notch service!
I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Alsbury and her staff at Professional Hearing Associates. Dr. Alsbury and her staff are top-notch. The office is warm, welcoming, and equipped with the latest technology. I was nervous about getting my first pair of hearing aids, but they guided me through every step, with patience and ease. . If you’re looking for a knowledgeable audiologist who truly cares about their patients, this is the place to go!
