I had a really unpleasant experience here. From the moment I walked in, the front associate, Rebeka, had an unnecessary attitude. I was told the wait for eyebrow service would only be “a couple of minutes,” but I ended up waiting over 20 minutes while the technician, Nikita, was not busy at all. It wasn’t until another associate pointed out that I had been waiting that anything was done. First and last time going to this place I had two people try to fix my hair I never asked for a bob cut I asked for a refund for me and my sister because we both got messed up uneven haircuts And when I went ask for a refund, the lady in the front desk laughed in my face The lady with the bangs I didn’t get her name, but she’s very disrespectful the nerve….. but Cheryl was a sweetheart though, and did the best she could.
