Horrible experience . Woman starts washing my hair the water is freezing . Tells me after she started there is no hot water . At that point I have to continue so as she blowing my hair out she is YANKING at my head . I asked three times to stop pulling my hair so hard it was hurting my head. I asked for a straight blowout she curls the bottom I tell her no I said straight . Then I go to pay$50 I say 50 for that experience . It was just wash and blow dry. She says I have long hair. Nowhere else I would ever go, because Melodie is the best! I've been going to her for over 20 years. She is down to earth and makes realistic recommendations based on what I am looking for. The salon is clean and staff is friendly.
