John is fantastic with my mom. I can’t say enough about him. There should be more Jon’s in the world. Gives a great cut but also gives great compassion and care to his clients.

The first time I went to Professional Hair Design everything went great. I received a sharp haircut, nice highlights and lots of compliments. My hairdresser was very sweet. I then took my mother back for a cut and color everything was fine. The 2nd time I brought my mother back she cut her hair to 2 inches long (not what we expected or asked for.) I had an appointment for myself the following day. I had a wedding and wanted the same gorgeous job she did the first time. I asked the price prior to coming in for a full head of ... read more
