***SMH - never again***I literally waited 2 hours for her to start my hair and yes I had an appointment. The only reason I stayed is because it was too late (evening appointment) for me to go somewhere else and I needed my hair done. She took another client probably right before I arrived so I had to wait for her to finish that. I was not impressed by the way my knotless braids came out , the shop needs some basic upgrades and I will never go there again. Excellent service, the owner was very friendly, I got the braid style that wanted and I'm happy with the style.
The store opens at 9 I waited to 10 for the lady to come I was the first person to come and she started someone else’s hair before mine and wanted me to wait god knows how long for someone else to come no consideration for people time
