I did not like the way she did not even dried my hair properly. I did not wanted blow dry yet I was charged for the blow dry. It was pricy.
Always very accommodating with walk-ins.
Went here to get a haircut for my 2 year old and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Joe was really diligent and careful with a wiggly toddler and has so much patience. He made him feel comfortable and his haircut looks great. Erika the assistant was also very helpful in making my son feel comfortable. Definitely will be going back!
We were supposed to go to the neighboring salon "Moe" but they asked us to wait an extra 25 minutes past the appointment time and that was not possible for us. We were so lucky that "Professional hair" took us without an appointment and did a great job. Very kind and professional people. 5 stars!
Prices have gone up and they charge you a surcharge on your credit card of nearly 4%. The receptionist doesn't tell you when she takes the card but will tell you there is a sign when you realize it when you get home.
