LOVE their work! Josh cleaned and colored the grout in my kitchen floor several years ago, and took his recommendation for a small grout color change - it updated the look of the whole kitchen, and looks great even after 9 years! I have referred them to many people since, and now they are working on a marble tile floor for me. Absolutely the best around, and great customer service too!
I had Professional Grout Tech service two of my homes bathrooms involving removal of aged caulk, cleaning, and recaulking. They were great to work with and did a great job. Sonia was great with all communication and support, Josh was great with his knowledge and workmanship. Also met Alex who was very helpful in completing the job and my dog enjoyed his company. I would highly recommend this company and team to anyone needing their services.
Contacted the Grout Tech and he came out within a couple of hours, and took care of our grout issue. After letting it dry it looks really good. Job well done.
