I have had the opportunity to work with PGI (specifically Jason) on multiple projects and contracts for Grounds maintenance. I have never been dissatisfied with his services or the workmanship of the crews. If there are any issues or discrepancies Jason is always quick to respond and address the issues with me.
As a community association manager, I have worked with PGI for over 25 years. Tim Trimmer, Jon Zalewski, Chris Marshall as well as the ladies in the office are extremely professional and very responsive. It's hard to find a good landscaping company these days that actually perform the work as specified in the contract. Professional Grounds has been our Condo grounds manager for five years. Each year we upgrade our property with new plantings and redesign, section by section. We have had ProGrounds serving our community for the past two years and are extremely happy with their service. They give us prior notifications for each of their visits, show up on time and do a wonderful and thorough job. The crews work quickly and efficiently. Jason is always responsive to any requests and is very helpful in planning projects on our property.
We have had Professional Grounds manage our HOA property (50 acres of meadow and woodland) for the past 15 years and their attention to detail and response has always been top rated. Most recently, Chris Marshall has been our contact person and he has continued the great service that we originally had with Erik Hildreth.
