Professional Grounds has a contract with our HOA (Townes of Occoquan) for landscaping services. We are dealing with a significant invasive plant problem, and along with other neighbors, we’ve been working tirelessly to control kudzu and a plethora of other aggressive non-natives. I have had the opportunity to work with PGI (specifically Jason) on multiple projects and contracts for Grounds maintenance. I have never been dissatisfied with his services or the workmanship of the crews. If there are any issues or discrepancies Jason is always quick to respond and address the issues with me.
As a community association manager, I have worked with PGI for over 25 years. Tim Trimmer, Jon Zalewski, Chris Marshall as well as the ladies in the office are extremely professional and very responsive. It's hard to find a good landscaping company these days that actually perform the work as specified in the contract.
