Very poor service. The snow removal was a complete disaster and I do not recommend them.
Professional Grounds has provided my community with excellent landscaping services for more than a decade. You can count on them to show up as scheduled, to fulfill their contract obligations without constant oversight, and to deliver the best performance possible on tasks large and small. Besides providing excellent normal landscaping for the lawns, bushes, and planting beds at the Crest of Alexandria; and their extreme snow removal service last winter, Professional Grounds has done an outstanding job to help control invasive plants in our natural area (see before and after photos). Examples of the quality of their service was their rapid replacement of a window at my home inadvertently chipped by a stone thrown while trimming, and by their mowing and trimming crews pausing work as I walk by their location.
