If it were up to me, I’d give this place 10 stars. The work and customer service that Kendall and Becky provides are absolutely phenomenal. From the moment you walk in, you can tell he truly cares about his customers and the quality of the work he does. Kendall is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to vehicles. My coworkers and I were driving from Springfield to Joplin when my car showed a message “low oil pressure, pull over immediately.” We luckily were told to go to Rutledge Oil Co in Mt Vernon! Kendall was super helpful! He ran the codes on my car, called and spoke with the dealership where I’d purchased the car, and then did an oil change. He helped me get back on my way!
