My coworkers and I were driving from Springfield to Joplin when my car showed a message “low oil pressure, pull over immediately.” We luckily were told to go to Rutledge Oil Co in Mt Vernon! Kendall was super helpful! He ran the codes on my car, called and spoke with the dealership where I’d purchased the car, and then did an oil change. He helped me get back on my way! This is the only mechanic in town I will ever take my vehicles. Every unfortunate time I’m a customers Kendall takes care of me. Honest, hard working, and dedicated to his craft. Always professional, and goes out of his way to earn my business. I’ve had some bad experiences over the years with other mechanics and when I found this little shop I felt like I finally found a home for my mechanical needs. Don’t trust anyone else, This is the best place when in need of repair.
