Just have my cooler fixed over $2000. Any planing to call this company do your works . Make sure you ask up front travel charge and how many people they come to your place more 1 head count come to your place repair, they will bill ton of money. I don‘t any company in Fort Wayne charge al most $500 travel charge for repair two door cooler.
Nothing but good things to say about this company. They answer when I call. They follow up and management will follow up to make sure that everything is taken care of.
I called to get service on a professional ice maker that they have repaired in the past. It is under warranty. I was then informed that I am not in their system as a current customer, they are a week out on service calls and they are not accepting new customers.
