I called to get service on a professional ice maker that they have repaired in the past. It is under warranty. I was then informed that I am not in their system as a current customer, they are a week out on service calls and they are not accepting new customers.

Every employee, from the technicians, to the office and parts staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I 100% recommend Professional Food Equipment Service.

Although we started our relationship under difficult circumstances (they had to do the warranty work on a new ice machine we bought from another vendor that was 1 day old, I was a little frustrated on the phone), they were able to quickly and efficiently fix our machine and get it back into working order. I would recommended them for working on hot or cold side restaurant appliances.
