Driver nearly crashed 4 times due to old age and loss of concentration. My vehicle came loose twice from the 2 small tie downs used, it took 5 hours travel cause driver couldnt drive over 70kmph without trailer fish tailing behind his foton ute. Wouldn't recommend if they are sending Tom out on any job's.
Hey guys. A a flat battery on Monday in Palmy. Had two guys come out from AA to start the car. They tried for 30 min and told me it won’t start and it needs to be picked up by a towing truck. Josh arrived in the happiest mood reassuring me that he will get it to start. And so he did. What a legend. Takes the towing guy to do the mechanics job. 5 stars and beyond for Josh or even better, give that guy a pay rise. 0 stars for the two AA mechanics who were utterly useless. Absolutely amazing service, Had one of the radiator hoses on my car burst, called the aa for a tow and they said 2 hour expected, in about a hour and thirty minute Josh showed up, apologising for the wait and expressing his hard job before. He was possibly the easiest Tow truck driver to deal with, he wasn’t just all about towing the car getting the job done and leaving, he work extremely efficiently but had so much time to share his story’s of his youth around cars with me and my mates, (we are car enthusiasts aging from 17... read more

Wow! Such amazing service! Our car's engine light came on over the weekend and needed someone to check it, so come Monday came the challenge of finding a trustworthy, reliable and competent mechanic. Not easy for us because we're only visiting Feilding and had no idea who would fit the description any of those things.
