In the past two months (late March to May 2016), I have needed an annual inspection and several repairs. I just want to acknowledge the awesome, go-the-extra-mile service at Professional Fleet Service, on Kalamazoo near Cedar. Most recently they started a job and ran into a mess, presumably due to prior owners not changing oil. A five-hour estimated job took almost two days, and they held to their estimate. Professional fleet services auto repair has done great for me and my family in all my experiences with their shop in Lansing. They have helped me by phone and they have done perfect service on my vehicles. Nevermore than ask always with an estimate and always in the time quoted. My last visit with my old Yukon, was less than expected and way less than worse case scenario. Old Eastsiders highly recommend them, now I do too. Would I take my cars to any other place for maintenance or repairs? I would not! This is the Sam one can't live without! I've used Professional Fleet a dozen times over the last three years for both small and big repairs. Sam and his staff have come through each and every time.
