With us Pro-fitness a personal training company has lost paperwork, made several withdrawls (3 months worth of fees in a 2 week period plus twice took the application fee) , refused to process two proper forms of payment ( claim to have lost the information) then sent us to collections for non-payments for the amount over $1,800. The trainers either are no show , show up late from being in the shower, have forgotten about the appointments, and for the last three months have be unavailable to schedule anything.
