The reviews for this company must be fake, or by employees. A 4.5 is a absolute joke! I have a 2023 Nissan rouge (still owe 20,000 on). It was a brand new vehicle. Never had a accident. Until I was rear ended. They did an absolutely horrible job. The back hatch is not lined up at all!. They had my vehicle over a month. The guy was trying to tell me that's how it was supposed to be. PSA: DO NOT DO REPAIR WITH GERBER COLLISION AND GLASS!! They will leave your vehicle like this while they are waiting for parts and says that’s standard practice. SMH So it’s okay for everything to exposed to the elements ?
