First off, let me express my dissatisfaction with the unprofessionalism of this company, which is surprising given their institutional name. Chad, the loan officer, has been exceptionally rude and unprofessional from the beginning. A returning customer made four separate trips to the dealership, only to find out that she was not approved after Chad had been working with her for four days.
