Staff were very professional and friendly, and I was in and out very quickly.
They had my insurance information already pulled up and I didnt have to worry about any of it. The staff was really nice and they were able to get everything done and get me out in a reasonable time. Dr went over notes from last year and made sure everything was good. Even asked if I had any questions or concerns to address and even asked again before I walked out. Dr and staffs were friendly and helpful to kids and adults. Atmosphere felt welcoming.
The staff are very nice & professional. After your exam, they send you to look at frames. The lady helping me told me exactly what my insurance covered, how much they allowed on each thing, (frames, lenses etc.) and gave me choices of extras but didn’t push anything on me. They shot you a text when they come in and you go pick them up at your convenience. That’s it! I’m not sure of the Dr.s name that I see, but she is so good & patient.
I had my eyes examined and got new frames. The transition lenses that I paid for were not put on my glasses. Their excuse was it got left off the order. My question is why don't you check the glasses when they come in? No answer. Young girls that don't care and totally incompetent. Will never go back! My granddaughter has been calling every day for 2 weeks about her glasses. They have been there the whole time. But she was told that they were not in and they would call. Never happened!
