I have head reviews on this place and how the Dr and staff don't explain procedures and aren't very social....completely wrong. The desk assistants were very nice and the nurse was amazing. She explained everything to my daughter and had her giggling the entire time. We were seen in a timely manner and overall I'm very satisfied with our visit.
This was the worst eye exam I've ever had it lasted maybe 5 minutes. I felt unwelcome the minute I walked in the door starting with the front desk lady she was very rude and rushed me out of her way. I have insurance and now it will be a year before I can get a good exam I noted some issues I am having that are not minor and he did not address anything on the chart which tells me he did not even read it plus he did not dilate my eyes. Great eye doctor but worst possible customer service and staff Ive ever encountered. I totally would NEVER recommend anyone to this office!
I made an appointment for my son a few months ago and did not like the experience that we had there.They were very rude and looked at us as if they were not used to seeing colored people in their establishment. I would not dare take my son back there or any of my children there after that experience. It's funny though. They treated me very rude when I was in civilian clothes but was polite when I returned in uniform.
Dr. Raynor went out of his way to fit me with contacts. I never thought I could wear them, but he took all the time that was needed (over several visits) to find a solution. Having contacts eliminates the need for any sort of glasses for me and is a life changing experience. I would recommend him and all this staff to anyone.
