Do not give your money to this establishment, or apply to work here. Clinic manager, Theo, yells and berates employees, not only privately but in FRONT of the patients. It’s no wonder 3 employees quit within a month’s timeframe. The lack of basic respect and kindness within the clinic is actually astonishing. How embarrassing that an older woman of her age has such a severe lack of control over her emotions and the words she says to others. I had a great experience at the Professional Eye Care Center! Everyone was very professional and friendly going above and beyond to help! Doctor Faustino Santiago's expertise in the field is outstanding and he took the time to thoroughly answer all the questions and addressed all my concerns. I absolutely recommend Dr Faustino and Team!
I absolutely love this place! Every single person that works here is so caring and thorough with their patients. They do everything in their power to give the patients an amazing experience. The optometrists, opticians, and front desk receptionists are all some of the kindest people I’ve ever met. They explain everything well, and they make sure all of my needs are met for eye exams, contact lenses, and glasses. I definitely recommend this clinic.
I chose this provider (from list provided by my insurance co) because of the positive reviews I read about this facility and the doctors, and I was not disappointed. Getting an appointment with my desired doctor at the time that suited me was very easy. The moment I walked into the facility, I felt comfortable.
