The nurses and doctors are really sweet and know what they're doing, but who ever answers the phone.. is another story, unfortunately. I called to see where my glasses are in the delivery process cause I never asked the date they would be delivered and my eyes were starting to get on my nerves, which is mostly my fault because then I wouldn't have to call. Went there for the first time today and the they have the friendliest staff. They are VERY professional.
Love the doctors and staff is very sweet . Been going to this eye clinic since I was a child .
