We love the staff and Dr. Raynor at Professional Eye Care in Eastover. They are wonderful!!
Probably the laziest unintelligent staff I’ve ever ran across. Plus there really open PT if you look at the actual hours of operations when you subtract at least an hour for being closed over lunch.
Dr. Ballard and Joel are AMAZING!!! Joel has helped me with my glasses at the Hope Mills and Eastover office. He is polite, helpful, and has the BEST customer service!!!
Was refused eye exam when I would not purchase unnecessary tests that were not covered by insurance. I not only believe this is poor service but in violation of CFR 456.2(b) and I am thinking of reporting them to the state licensing board to protect customers from being bilked by these predatory practices.
