Been here 2 times but the 2nd time I had an emergency my glasses broke and I have glaucoma and I cant see without my glasses! Dont like the change where they only take prescriptions on Monday! Monday coming up i labor day so I have to wait another week then also the wait to actually get my glasses
We love the staff and Dr. Raynor at Professional Eye Care in Eastover. They are wonderful!!
Probably the laziest unintelligent staff I’ve ever ran across. Plus there really open PT if you look at the actual hours of operations when you subtract at least an hour for being closed over lunch.
Dr. Ballard and Joel are AMAZING!!! Joel has helped me with my glasses at the Hope Mills and Eastover office. He is polite, helpful, and has the BEST customer service!!!
