Dr. Bradley and her staff have always been incredible. However, since it changed to MyEyeDr the staff is terrible and incompetent. I ordered a refill of contacts and was told they would be ready in 2-3 weeks. 5-6 weeks passes and I never heard anything so I called. I was told they came in about a week ago and could pick them up anytime. I went in today and was told Dr Bradley was at lunch and by Ga law they could not dispense my contacts to me. I had a great experience buying new contacts and eye glasses at MyEyeDr. The office is fun and friendly. The staff was very helpful and patient with me as I'm new to wearing contacts and the Dr. took the time to answer all my questions and even educate me on a few things I never knew about advancements in vision medicine.
I had the best experience from the time I walked in the door. Everyone was helpful and knowledgeable about what I needed. Their customer service went above and beyond anything I could have imagined. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
