You know pretty sad when you get appointment reminder call from receptionist when your appointment is and they forget to remind you what other test you have and what money you need to bring with you. And show up for appointment and you find out what you needed for the appointment and you have to reschedule because you were not told ahead of time during your courtesy to bring. Thanks for listening
I had cataract surgery in August of 2021. Sight was great after that. Slowly the left eye kept getting cloudy and bleary. I made an appointment in April. It showed definite loss in left eye. They made appt 2 weeks later with Dr. Kim. He could not explain why. Suggested laser surgery, but by his actions I could tell he did not think this would correct it. I said no, just give me glasses.
