Will lower price/ but also do terrible not so complete job I took my car in there to have the front brakes and rotors replaced. They were barely squeaking before we took it in but when we got the parts replaced it was a whole new story. The employee said we needed expensive brakes to make them not squeak well that's not the case or they wouldn't sell the less expensive ones. Within 500 miles of driving the noise got so bad I took the car back. He then proceeded to tell me it was the back drums/discs making the noise and noth... read more
Excellent Car Repair SHop Express Auto is a small little auto service by the Hummer dealership in Overland Park. They have a decent number of lifts and a good range of services. The waiting room isn't very big, but there's a Steak and Shake within walking distance to grab a bit to eat while your car is being repaired. They offer rides back to work if it will take too long to repair the car and are willing to help drop the price.
No Thanks! When walking into the waiting area the cigarette smoke in the auto bay area was like being in a bar!This also made the lobby nearly unbreathable,too!Though I am NO mechanic,isn't it really dangerous to have any sort of flame near automotive fluids such as gasoline and oil?That's not only hazardous to the mechanics,but a bit crazy with customers undoubtedly sitting in there most of the day.Wouldn't doubt if someone turns them into the BBB for the safety risks they are taking!Also found it rather interesting that in... read more

We also have had several major repairs on our cars and they always do a great job. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone. It is a small shop and they are usually pretty busy but if you make an appointment, they get you right in and out. I always feel like they appreciate my business and that customer service is top priority for them.
