I got sent for a evaluation at Dr office in lake mary. Walking into the office the place smelled, dirt and dust everywhere, chairs had stains and cushions hardly existed. It was taking sometime waiting for the Dr over 30mins now. Nurse comes and says it's gonna be a while longer. I take this time to call professional evaluations group to ask if anyone has ever been to this office. I found that no one has ever been here but the lady said she hasn't had any complaints.
