I am writing this review about my experience with Dr. Milos Janicek at Professional Endodontics in Waterford, Connecticut. I was referred to Dr. Janicek by my dentist and had a root canal performed on October 7, 2024. I want to start by saying that the office was beautiful and one of the most impressive dental offices I have ever seen. The facility was modern, clean, and professional. Terrible office staff for scheduling. I was referred to this place, waited 3 weeks in pain for an appointment. Staff called me the day before at 10:30am. I was at work and got to my voicemail by 1:15pm. Called back and they cancelled my appointment saying I needed to have called them by 12pm. Total crap!
I would recommend Pro Endodontics to anyone needing a root canal. The entire process felt much easier than I expected - not much different from getting a regular filling. From my very first phone call, the reception staff put me at ease and helped me feel comfortable about what to expect. Dr. Janicek and the entire team were thoughtful, gentle, and highly skilled. I felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout the procedure.
