A wonderful experience..not something I’d thought I’d ever say about the dentist. All staff were very friendly and made me feel at ease
I have extreme dental anxiety and everything I was reading about root canals prior to this appointment was making this sound like it was going to be a terrifying experience, so I went in very nervous. Everyone here was amazing, from the receptionist, to the assistant, to the Doctor. I told them my concerns, and they were very understanding, explained everything in detail, were very patient with me and didn't rush me, and told me if at any point I wanted to stop, I could give them a signal. Before you have your first root canal, don't talk to people about root canals. Just go to Pro Endo and they'll take good care of you. I was dreading this procedure but knew it would put me out of the excruciating pain that I was experiencing with one of my teeth. The staff was extremely friendly, explained the process thoroughly, and answered all of my questions and concerns beforehand. Dr. Janicek was great and the whole process took about 45 minutes. Dr. Janicek and his team are absolutely wonderful. I’ve been here multiple times and each time their care and professionalism has remained consistent. Getting teeth work done has always been nerve wracking to me but I can honestly say I don’t feel nervous when going to Pro Endodontics. I’ve been to both locations and they are both equally great!
Comfortable office, polite, professional staff and Dr. Janicek does great work.
