I was sent here by my dentist, Dr. Mel from Arcadia Dental in Hope Valley. Dr. Janicek And Ms. Tracey were both fantastic and incredibly informative. During the procedure, they made sure I was comfortable. If I felt any discomfort, they would quickly adjust anything. I honestly didn’t feel any pain at all and I was very comfortable. I asked a bit of questions and they were just super nice. I hope I don’t need another root canal but if I do, I’ll definitely be going here. Thank you!
I needed to have a root canal done and saw Dr. Janicek at the Westerly office. I went in expecting the procedure would be at least somewhat painful, but to my surprise, it was completely painless! It took about 45 minutes and I literally felt nothing the entire time. I’ve had regular cleanings that were worse! If you need a root canal, definitely go here!
I saw Dr. Janicek in his Westerly office recently for a root canal. The office is modern and well appointed.His assistant initially seated me and clearly explained the procedure. She was friendly and answered my few questions.During the treatment Dr. Janecek informed me what was happening each step of the way. He completed the root canal and I have had no problems. I have extreme dental anxiety and everything I was reading about root canals prior to this appointment was making this sound like it was going to be a terrifying experience, so I went in very nervous. Everyone here was amazing, from the receptionist, to the assistant, to the Doctor. I told them my concerns, and they were very understanding, explained everything in detail, were very patient with me and didn't rush me, and told me if at any point I wanted to stop, I could give them a signal.
