I overpaid my bill by $900. It's been 4 weeks and I'm still waiting for my refund check. I've called twice in 4 weeks and still don't have an answer as to when I will receive my $900 refund.
They outsource their calls. Can’t understand the person on the other end. Wouldn’t take our daughter’s insurance information over the phone unless they got a verbal from her. I told them she is in high school and he proceeded to ask me to call her really quick! Yes they are definitely outsourcing.
Unfortunately, I’ve had to use the services of the ER and be admitted to the hospital quite a few times in the past few years. On two occasions, I’ve been “treated” by providers who decided they didn’t believe my well documented medical history, patronized me, and ultimately refused to treat me. I have chronic health problems that cause severe pain at times. At this point I only go to ER when none of my meds help at home. I went yesterday to ER after suffering for 2 days. I hate going in. I'm judged, disregarded, treated poorly, almost everytime. Do these PEP providers think I'm a having a good time going in and out of the hospital?? Who wants to be treated like crap when you already don't feel well? There are maybe 2 providers I've had that showed concern and empathy. PEP is a joke..im not the only one that feels t... read more
Surprise! You go to the ER and pay your bill just to be billed a grand later. Double dipping on patients. Absolutely disgusting. Something that could at least be mentioned to patients so they aren't taken by surprise when they are double billed for one visit.
