This is hands down the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. I called ahead to confirm they had trim in stock, was told yes, and drove 45 minutes to pick it up—only to be told when I arrived that it actually had to be ordered or transferred. The salesman shrugged it off and told me if I needed it sooner, I should just go to Home Depot. After waiting on them, I ended up doing exactly that. Went there twice to pick up 3(!) pieces of wood. I had to rent a truck both times. First, they didn't have it (I'd called ahead about it) so I had to order it. After never getting a call that it arrived, I called them, waited the weekend for a callback(!!) and rented *another* truck to get it. This time, one piece made it into the truck before we noticed all 3 boards were cracked and unusable - one of their forklift operators had stacked about 20 other boards on top of it.
