Great place for decking supplies
Fantastic to work with! Everyone we spoke to was knowledgeable and friendly. They are patient with new DIY deck builders - helpful with design and construction tips. Quick to answer the phone and timely delivery of certain materials while flexible with other material delivery. They went above and beyond; I would give them higher than 5 stars if I could.
I had a pleasant experience with the onsite staff, who were friendly and helpful. However, after receiving a quote, I wanted to make a small change to the decking material. Despite sending multiple emails to our sales representative, I never received a response. As a result, I was unfortunately forced to go with another distributor due to this lack of communication. I hope that future customers will have a more positive experience.
