Their timing was by no coincidence, got serviced 12/10/21 and had 14 days to pay or deal with court. There is something seriously wrong with this company. Why not file in November or October? Presented a bill for water service on a house that I sold last year. I had paid the bill and asked to see the final bill. It took them 2 months to send anything else and during that time, they added a 25% charge to the bill. I asked about this since I had waited in good faith for the copy of the bill. I was given the info that the fee was from the water service. The water service stated that this was untrue and that this was PCS way of padding the fees. I have been calling for over a week. I get an automated system, that tells me to hold for an available agent, and then it hangs up on me. I would really like to have my questions answered by a live person..and not be hung up on.
