I would not recommend this agency for therapy. A few years back, I went to the owner named Jim and this man was : controlling, a poor listener, as well as a manipulator ! He did not understand my situation, he put me down with his criticisms and totally misinterpreted what I tried to share with him ! He was narrow minded and wanted to "pre-judge" me instead of listening with his heart to my circumstances ! He does not have an open mind like a good therapist should. Would not recommend these services. We saw Zoe Carver about 10 times between child sessions and parent sessions. She was unfortunately unprofessional and not communicative. She did not keep us updated on her sessions with our child, despite saying she would follow up over email afterward, was unable to schedule sessions at the end of the appointment and had limited availability. After canceled sessions (on her part), difficulty scheduling, and following up on emails several times, I canceled services with her. She said she w... read more
