Pésimo servicio!! Nada de empatía! La Recepcionista súper ruda. No lo recomiendo y menos para sus hijos. Mi hijo fue buscando ayuda y apoyo para su depresión y ansiedad. Está luchando la custodia de su bebé. A él le cambiaron la terapista 3 veces. Si 3 veces! Un día llame bien frustrada preguntando q estaba pasando y la recepcionista se molestó conmigo al parecer no le gustó q me preocupara por la situación y salud mental de mi hijo. Tanto así que su terapista le dijo q yo no debía llamar. Y q no lo podían ver más.
Had the worst experience of my life with the head of the group Alicia Olivares. Don’t recommend this. Keep looking unless you want to quit trying to get better.

Made an appointment for 10am. I drive all the way there (35 mins away), fill out all of the paperwork and proceed to wait. They come out and tell me the therapist forgot she had another appointment at that same time at another location. Thanks.
