Unfortunately, we did not have a great experience working with PCE as a subcontractor. We were told by Lisa (pce) we would receive a payment within 2 weeks of completing a Fencing job for PCE. This was an emergency job and we waived our deposit. It took several months to receive payment after numerous unresponsive voice mails and emails. PCE finally told us they didn't get paid so we didn't get paid. I'm sorry, but that's not how we do business. I am I small local business and can't afford to go several months without paying... read more
