Horrible company! Took two computers to them. Months go by with no word. Finally I stop in and ask them what has happened they said they can’t be fixed and they will pull the data off them. More time goes by I stop in again now one of the computers is completely lost. They said they would get back to me within 24 hours once it’s found that was 6 months ago. If I could give negative stars I would! You suck!

Great place for computer repairs. Excellent customer service.
they're Scrappy but responsible. they couldn't fix my computer, and I'm glad they didn't attempt to go beyond their means, and put my hardware at risk. I just wish I got a phone call telling me so because they had my number and idk how many days they knew, I could have given it to someone else. in all fairness though it's not a big organization and I know the lady at the desk is always busy.
