Worst customer Service experience ever by no means are they professional called with questions on interest and she said if you paid your bill you would not have interest. I stated let's not be rude and she came back stating I was the one being rude. Stating the interest is only 78$ and did I call the buisness to complain? Ummm either way ypu have no right to speak to anyone like that when it comes to my bills I can call and ask anything I would like but you should be respectful and professional about it as well.

Marcella has no clue what’s going on around her, let alone what she’s doing at PCC. She would call me day and night essentially to collect a debt that I never owed to UrbanCare LLC in Huntley. They lie. Told me they can't tell me who is calling when I answer but will tell my voicemail who is calling. My legal name isn't in my voicemail. So they can. 0 stars if I could.
Called to pay off a debt that they had on my credit report when I spoke to the woman there she tried to tell me I owed over 2000 when my bill that they were reporting on my credit was just under 1400. The woman laughed at me when I asked why they were only reporting the one of 1400 on my credit when they are now claiming I owe over 2000.
