They lie. Told me they can't tell me who is calling when I answer but will tell my voicemail who is calling. My legal name isn't in my voicemail. So they can. 0 stars if I could.

Called to pay off a debt that they had on my credit report when I spoke to the woman there she tried to tell me I owed over 2000 when my bill that they were reporting on my credit was just under 1400. The woman laughed at me when I asked why they were only reporting the one of 1400 on my credit when they are now claiming I owe over 2000. She tried to tell me that there were 4 accounts and all the accounts were from the same date. I received a call from Shawna in Kenosha informing me that I have a debt. When I asked her to elaborate as I am not aware of it, she grew impatient, and answered my question rudely and abruptly, and it was very clear she had no idea what she was talking about nor any idea what the debt was for.
