We had Charley paint our house. My wife and myself are not easy people to work with. Charley's quote was comparable to the other services, but Charley was also willing to repair stucco, rotting fascia, and clear unnecessary wires. With all the repairs needed the cost was only slightly above the competition. We also picked a poor color initially, Charley helped use to get the paint tinted to a more appropriate shade and he was pleasant through the whole process.
