1 star for showing up on time for chimney sweeping. Only thing is, they didn’t sweep the chimney. For $150 they stuck a flashlight up the fireplace and scraped the sides a bit and said it was ok to use. Never went outside or on the roof to exam the exterior of the fireplace and they DID NOT clean the fireplace out! Left it full of ashes that we had to clean out ourselves! Kind of defeats the purpose of having some come check and clean out fireplace. Will use a different company next time for sure!
Called when they were delayed. They were in and out in under an hour and the carpet looked brand new
