Representative I spoke to seemed rude and was unwilling to help with a small business collection account. She stated she already spoke to someone from my business, and she had already declined to assist us, yet that was not the case. I had called and left a message and never heard back. Due to a previous (disputed) collection, she stated she "doesn't work with clients with that type of history".
