They did nice job on the chimney happy with the job they did. Rick is not the greatest with communication and the mess they left I was not a fan of huge mess in the attic and on my lawn I thought contractors are supposed to clean up their mess when they are finished like they were never there.
I used Professional Chimney Service LLC to help a client of mine get an estimate on chimney repair. They were the only chimney repair company out of the 10 that my clients called over the course of a few days that responded and got back to us. Elliot and his coworker showed up quickly, seemed very competent, clarified and explained issues in an easily understandable manner, and provided an estimate of repair on site. I highly recommend them for the Green Bay and surrounding areas!
My wife hired this company to sweep and inspect our chimney, I had an appointment the day they were supposed to come out and called to cancel/ask them if they could come at a different time, they said it wouldn't be a problem and we worked together to make provisions if i couldn't be there when they arrived. Rick and his crew were amazing! They were able to identify the problem with our chimney and fix it for an extremely reasonable price. Even though the damage was more extensive than they thought they didn't charge us extra. We had dealt with one of the 'more popular' chimney companies in the Green Bay area first, and I wish we wouldn't have wasted our time and money.
