I have been with PCM for 9 years. I was a staff nurse with flexible hours. I had the opportunity to travel within my region and also travel to other regions in the country to assist with care. I became a Case Manager 6 years ago and have never looked back. The job is fulfilling and satisfying. Yes, there are rough times, but that comes with any job. We have an excellent team and communication is key. I would highly recommend Professional Case Management.

One of the worse companies I've ever worked for. We always had low to no staffing so staying over working 2-3 shifts in a row was common. They never wanted to compensate for this problem either. Pay checks were wrong every single time so their solution was to overnight your paperwork. That was $27 each week ($600/year) out of pocket you had to pay just so you could get paid on time and even then they still messed it up. PCM has been a wonderful company to work for. The in-home care provided to the former nuclear plant workers enables the nursing staff to provide amazing one on one care. You will not find a better company to take care of your family. The nursing staff are knowledgeable AND caring. PCM cares for both their clients and their staff.
I am very pleased with professional case management. I am thankful my family gets paid to take care of me. The case managers have been exceptional also. The company has many resources to help guide the DOL process.
