Wanting to have our home look as good as possible for selling, we called Pat to take on cleaning our tiles and carpets. We have hired him in the past to do our floors. This time we had an issue with the backing on a carpet that was sitting on the tiles that would not come up easily. Pat worked on this area until it was perfect. Excellent service for tile and shower cleaning and sealant.
We decided to have the tile in our "new to us" house prior to moving in. I wish I had before and after photos. Pat did an excellent job cleaning and sealing things. He also repaired a few places where the grout was failing. Very happy with the results!!

Pat More came to our home on short notice to do a minor project (carpet had come up at a threshold and had frayed). Pat was able to stretch the carpet enough to be able to remove the deteriorated section and relay it. I looks wonderful now! Thank you Pat.
