Today I had my exterior dryer event filled to the brim with 2 bird nests. My clothes dryer notified me with a warning code that I no longer could use it to dry clothes and that the vent was blocked. I called PCRS of CT and to my surprise, they came out the same day. The guys couldn't have been more helpful and friendly and cleaned up like the birds were no longer there. Terrific people and great service. Will use again for sure.
My husband and I had our ducts cleaned. The team was timely and courteous. They informed me about everything they were doing. The technicians worked diligently and they took special care of personal property. Informative about future maintenance of our duct work.
