The PCS guys detected a Bad Odor problem in the house caused by a leak in the crawl space.They cleaned up the water, treated the area and now the Odor is gone. They treated the source of the problem and not just the symptoms. They were very professional, flexible and worked with me around the plumber's schedule. Anyone with Odor problems should call PCS.
I had a major problem with Cat Urine in the house. The people from PCS examined all of the areas, decontaminated carpet and sub flooring. In one day, they cleaned and deodorize the whole house and now I breathe better. The PCS team communicated with me throughout the process. I would recommend them to anyone with Odor problems.
I own several properties which I rent out and have used PCS on several occasions. They do a great job, are very responsive and professional. Like the previous reviewer, I have used other companies in the past and have been dissatisfied with their services. PCS has exceeded my expectations and I would recommend using them over other service providers.
