PCR did an amazing job. Their technician was polite, thorough, and knowledgeable. Our couches are over 20 years old and needed a refresh. PCR provided that. They look great!
We had terrible stains from our dogs and they were completely removed by PCR. Technician was so nice and did an amazing job. I thought we would have to replace the carpet in the end but now we don’t!
My wife and I are gobsmacked by the high quality of PCR's work for us. My wife at first didn't want to pay to clean our carpeting. After years of my daughter's two cats puking all over it, she thought it was beyond cleaning and we needed to splurge for new carpeting. I said, "PCR has excellent reviews everywhere - let's give them a chance." They came twice, first for the usual wet machine clean, and a return visit to treat the especially filthy spots with UV light. Our carpeting looks almost new now. Prompt, professional and affordable.
This was my third time using PCR, and unfortunately this experience was very different from my previous two. From the moment the technician arrived, the focus shifted from the quoted price to convincing me that I needed "deep cleaning". If the company believes a home requires a higher level of service, they should ask for photos or gather more information before the appointment—not put the customer in that position upon arrival.
